I'm passionate about Jesus, union of love, and adventure! I picked up a camera 6 years ago and went full time in 2023! Photography actually started as a hobby to take photos of my skincare products and it turned into a full on business! I love being a creative that walks along side you on your happiest day.
A few things about me --
- I am a major foodie. You can find me at a new cafe, restaurant, or food truck trying out new foods!
- I have a skincare addiction. I love my skincare!
- I LOVE to travel and adventure to new places.
- I've been in the wedding industry for over 10 years! I love weddings and celebrating two people making a life long commitment to one another!
Hi, I am Joseph Meng Her -
I'm passionate about Rachel and that's why I'm here! Rachel started this amazing photography business and naturally brought me along. As a photographer I pay attention to the small details and you might find me hidden in the bushes to capture the candid moments. I'm always observing and I enjoy capturing the moments that people often overlook.
A few things about me --
- You can find me teeing off at a golf course or hook setting at the lake.
- My favorite movies are Shrek, Rush Hour trilogy, and just about any Stephen Chow movies (iykyk).
- I'm a noodle guy - pho, ramen, udon, khao piak, Thai boat noodles, bun bo hue, pad Thai, - any noodle I love it.
Our Love Story
Since we're capturing part of your love story, it's only fair that we share ours with you!
We met when Meng was a freshman in college and Rachel was a high school senior. Meng was visiting Rachel's church on a random Sunday. We had small interactions, but nothing came of our first meeting. I (Rachel) attended the same college as Meng the following year and we became friends throughout the years. It wasn't until Meng's last semester of college that he decided to pursue Rachel. Once we moved out of the friend-zone, we were inseparable! We're both very silly individuals and clicked instantly after we shared our feelings for one another. 8 months later Meng asked me to marry him and we've been married for 7 years! We're the definition of "opposites attract". We challenge each other in different ways, but luckily we share the same humor.
We are both believers in Jesus Christ and we're so passionate about weddings and marriage - because we ourselves love being married! We adore capturing lasting memories for a life long marriage.
